01 / THE PROJECT
Little heroes.A life-changing lesson.
FAST Heroes is a free educational programme that teaches children aged 5 to 9 to recognise the signs of a stroke and call 112. Its characters turn face, arm, speech and time into a story that is easy to remember.
At LEADRIVE, we work on health communications strategy and school outreach in Spain: encouraging more schools to take part and helping the learning reach families beyond the classroom.

02 / WHEN THE LESSON MATTERS
César saved his grandmother.
Two years after taking part in FAST Heroes at school, César was visiting his grandmother when he noticed her speech was confused and one side of her face was drooping.
He called 112, explained what was happening and got help in time. His grandmother survived. What he had learnt at school came back at the moment it mattered most.
Our most meaningful result has a name. César.
03 / OUR WORK
What we did.
From learning to action.
We connect strategy, outreach and content to grow participation in FAST Heroes. One message, adapted to schools, families, media and partner organisations.

Explore the work, service by service.
01Communications strategy
We define audiences, messages and the campaign calendar in Spain. We coordinate channels to explain the programme clearly and make it easier to take part.
02School outreach
We work on school recruitment and teacher support: introducing the programme, answering questions and turning interest into participating classrooms.
03Copywriting and storytelling
We adapt the message into scripts, posts and audiovisual pieces. Real stories like César’s help explain why this campaign matters.
04Social media and content
We create content for teachers and families, using an accessible visual language that keeps the message recognisable across channels.
05Partnerships and events
We develop partnerships with patient associations, brain injury organisations and hospitals, alongside awareness activities that reach new communities.
06Press and visibility
We work on media relations and share stories from schools, professionals and families to extend the campaign’s reach.
04 / A SHARED CAMPAIGN
The lesson travels further.
The campaign connects schools, families, hospitals and patient associations. Partnerships and awareness activities bring the message to new communities and create more opportunities to encounter it.
05 / THE OUTCOME
More schools. More families ready to act.
FAST Heroes shows what health communications can achieve when creativity, outreach and purpose work together. Participation in Spain grew by 48% in six months. Globally, one million children have learnt to recognise a stroke and call for help.
Reach matters even more when people know how to respond.
